Practice
Days and Times
Join us for a wet and wild
time on the water learning to coordinate your paddle and body. See the
printable
insert for directions to the dock. Practice times are:
Monday and Wednesday. Gather and warm up 6:00 pm, push away from
the dock 6:30 pm, return by 7:30.
Saturday. Gather and warm up at 8:00 am, push away from the dock by 8:30
am. Return by 10:00.
Sunday. Gather and warm up at 3:00 pm, push away from the dock by 3:30
pm, return by 4:30.
