Community/Corporate Teams

Dragon Boating is a great team-building activity! Get your friends or coworkers together and form a “community” team.

With coaching and equipment provided by TDBA, teams from local schools, businesses and non-profit organizations – and even family groups – compete against each other for “bling” and bragging rights.

This year all community teams receive TWO free practice sessions with our coaches before the festival. Paddles and life jackets are provided at the practice sessions and at the festival. The community/corporate race course is 250 meters long.

Club Teams

As one of the first festivals of the season, it is a favorite “warm up” race for recreational and competitive teams throughout Washington and Oregon. The one-day festival is held at Thea’s Park and can accommodate up to 40 community and competitive teams – as many as 880 individual paddlers. The club teams race course is 500 meters long.

Entry Fee

Entry fee: $600/adult team; $250/youth team
